Accommodation Deposit

A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking for all cabins and sites. Should a credit card be unavailable, an amount equivalent to the first nights' accommodation should be posted in the form of a cheque or money order. Sufficient time for the cheque to clear is required for a deposit to be made in this manner. 50% deposit is required for bookings over the December/January holidays and for Easter.
 

Payment for Accommodation

The balance of accommodation is payable upon arrival. Payment is accepted by car, eftpos, VISA or MasterCard. No personal cheques are permitted at the time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy for bookings made directly with the Park
 

School holiday periods, long weekends, and festival periods

- If more than two weeks notice is provided a $20 administration fee will apply
- If less than two weeks notice is provided an amount equivalent to the first nights accommodation will apply
- If less than 24 hours notice is provided the entire balance of accommodation may apply
 

Off peak periods (not during School holidays, long weekends and festival periods)

- If more than one weeks notice is provided a $20 administration fee will apply
- If less than one weeks notice is provided an amount equivalent to the first nights accommodation will apply

No refunds will be provided for early departures. This includes poor weather, personal reasons and guests being asked to leave the premises early due to offensive behaviour.

Bookings for subsequent year

Bookings may be taken for the subsequent financial year, however the rates determined by Council for that year will apply. The General Manager is authorised to vary Caravan Park fees and charges to meet market requirements at the time.
 

Check in times

Cabins: 2pm - 5pm
Sites: 12pm - 5pm

Please advise our reception staff if you plan to arrive later than 5pm. This will enable us to make appropriate arrangements for your anticipated late arrival.
 

Check out time

10am for all sites and cabins. A late departure may be arranged subject to availability and only with the approval from reception staff. Unfortunately we are unable to allow late checkouts in busy periods.
 

Conditions

An additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of any damage caused, or for cabins that have not been left in a clean and satisfactory condition.
 

Linen

The master bed in each cabin is fully made with two towels supplied. Linen and bedding hire is available for the bunk beds in the second bedroom of all cabins. Please contact reception prior to arrival if additional linen hire is required.
 

Minimum booking periods

apply for all cabins and ensuite sites on weekends, long weekends, and during school holidays
 

Pets

Pets are NOT PERMITTED at the Katoomba Falls Tourist Park. The Blackheath Glen Tourist Park allows pets (conditions apply).
 

Guest registration

All guests are required to sign a registration card when checking into the Park.
 

Camp Fires

Camp fires are NOT PERMITTED at the Katoomba Falls Tourist Park due to the proximity of the National Park and potential bush fires.
